DCA Dormant Company Accounts
Forms delivered to Companies House are scanned to produce an electronic image. Section 706 of the Companies Act 1985 allows Companies House to reject documents that cannot be captured electronically, giving a notice saying why they are unacceptable. An acceptable copy must be delivered within 14 days of the notice (otherwise we treat the original as not having been delivered).

All statutory forms available on our site have to be dated and signed and sent to Companies House by post.
Documents must be on A4 paper which is white or otherwise of a background density not greater than 0.3.
Documents must be on paper with a matt finish.
Each page must have a 10mm margin on each side.
Letters and numbers must be clear, legible and of uniform density -
Letters and numbers must at least 1.8mm high, with a density of at least 1.0.
