Due to the change in regulations, we have had to change how we sell ready-made companies to our customers. They are still available for purchase, but money laundering checks will have to be made before we can transfer the company.
Please remember when purchasing a ready made company details such as share capital and objects have already been set. The share capital for all ready made companies is £1,000 divided into 1,000 shares of £1 each and are registered as English/Welsh companies. We cannot offer Scottish ready made companies.
