Right To Manage Companies

Right To Manage Companies

What are RTM companies?

RTM companies were introduced under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. Their purpose is to allow leaseholders to appropriate the landlord's management functions relating to, for example, repairs and maintenance, under the RTM Company.

The company must be limited by guarantee and its articles must comply with regulations relating to those documents.

Please contact us if you require further information.

RTM companies do not exist in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
